A World Without Religion

February 8th, 2008 by

Do you think the absence of religion would make the world a better place?
How do you benefit from religion?
If atheism/agnosticism is considered “blasphemy” on the one hand,
can religion be considered “selfish/ego-centric” on the other hand?
Isn’t religion contradictory in itself in some respect, by imposing their
ideas on so-called pagans?
How many people have “died by religion“?
How many will follow?
Is the focus on the afterlife more important than the actual life itself?
To what extent can we see religion associated with people living
a religious life?
What’s the definition of a “religious life”?

I think that people should believe in something. They should have faith in God, in themselves. Faith makes them stronger and determined to success.

Religion, yes. A world without God, however, would NOT make the world a better place. God is love. The fact is that in America we see more and more people without faith in God, let alone living for God, resulting in more evil.

A life without God? Utter darkness.

i think somehow religion is skewed and being used by people who have evil intention and they place themself in shoes of god saying that the all mighty told them to do it

it’s written in the bible not to believe such false prophets,

it’s the work of the devil
